  • All Sales are Final. We do not allow refunds or exchanges unless the show is canceled or rescheduled.


  • Ticket Protection is an optional insurance that allows you to cancel your order up to 24 hours before showtime and receive a venue credit for a future event. The credit will be equal to the purchase price minus the protection fee*.

  • By upgrading your purchase, you are choosing to protect all of your tickets. Comedy Vault Ticket Protection is a per-ticket purchase and applies individually to each ticket in your cart.

  • *Please Note: All cancellation requests must be sent to protection.comedyvault@gmail.com. Cancellation requests received via phone, chat, or less than 24 hours before showtime will not be accepted.


    • We require a two-item minimum per person in the showroom. This can be met with any food or drink items from our menu.

    General Admission Tickets:  Entry in to the show.  Seating is first-come, first-sat with the exception of the first 3 rows which will be reserved for VIP ticket holders only.

    VIP Tickets: VIP tickets include PREFERRED SEATING(FIRST 3 ROWS) An Exlusive Q&A with JP(after the show), and a VIP collectors badge.

    Early show starts at 7pm.

    Doors at 6pm.

    Late show starts at 9:45pm

    Doors at 9:15pm

    We do not allow refunds, exchanges, transfers, or 3rd party tickets.

    The original ticket holder must be present to gain access to our club.

    If you are purchasing tickets as a present for someone else, please purchase a gift card instead.
